Our main manufacturing facility is located in the South Croydon London, Kerala; an area renowned for its expertise in hand weaving. Here we produce traditional hand-made and machine woven fabrics, combining traditional skills with modern methods of dyeing such as space-dyeing. We match and meet international standards on various fastness and test parameters. Our factory is ISO credited (ISO-9001-2008 and SA-8000/2008) and complies with Oeko-Tex 100.

We have developed our own manufacturing process of Ikat design using the traditional European methods to produce beautiful and exquisite patterns.

Going back centuries to the Mughal period, embroidered fabrics have traditionally been made in and around Delhi. It is here that our embroidery factory is based, where we embroider using traditional hand guided sewing machines coupled with the time-honoured fine hand techniques. Our base cloths are custom made, giving us the capability to produce the most exquisite embroidered fabrics. We also work with state-of-the-art CAD machines to achieve the highest quality finishes.

Our jacquard and dobby silk fabrics are produced outside Bangalore in Karnataka. Here, the climate and altitude have provided the ideal conditions for the mulberry silk which has made this region the traditional centre of silk weaving in India for many centuries. Nowadays, our fabrics are woven using state-of-the-art machinery. We have also adapted some of the traditional power looms to produce fabrics suitable for the modern requirements of today.

We have a state-of-the-art sewing unit in Kannur in Kerala where we make finished products such as cushion covers, tableware, kitchenware, top of the bed and other accessories. By combining the skills of local artisans with our design flair we continue to develop collections of finished products along with the hand woven fabrics. Here we also develop bespoke products to satiate every customer’s specifications or requirement.

We have facilities to produce trimmings, both hand and machine made. Our diverse manufacturing capabilities allow us to weave braids, cords, fringes, and woven tapes with or without embroidery. We also produce tiebacks, key tassels and bullion fringes.
